We’re excited to again showcase some of WA’s very best produce in the Kleenheat Kitchen as it returns to the Good Food & Wine Show Perth with mouth-watering demonstrations to inspire and delight.

This year, kitchen host and WA Food Ambassador Don Hancey will be joined by local foodies Guy Jeffreys (Millbrook Winery), Josh Catalano (Masterchef, Fish Boss) and Eva + Debra (My Kitchen Rules) for free tips and advice for recreating their amazing recipes at home.

Come down and watch them make the most of quality WA produce thanks to our local partners Harvey Beef and Mt Barker Chicken.

Meet our chefs

Eva and Debra – WA foodies

This year the Kleenheat Kitchen will once again welcome Eva and Debra – who cooked their way to semi-finals of My Kitchen Rules thanks to their love for food culture.

Guy Jeffreys, Millbrook Winery

Guy is head chef and gardener at Millbrook Winery in Jarrahdale, serving hand-made, estate-grown, modern country food.

Josh Catalano, Fish Boss

Josh loves anything to do with food,and has seafood in his veins – born and raised in Perth’s leading seafood business, Catalano Seafoods.

Don Hancey, WA Food Ambassador

Passionate is the best word to describe WA’s own Don Hancey – who’ll be on hand as host of the Kleenheat Kitchen in 2018.

After a long and successful career in some of our finest regional kitchens, Don has become WA’s Food Ambassador through his continual support and dedication to WA food producers.

He loves nothing more than working with quality local producers to help grow their business and create new ways to showcase their produce in a world-class dishes.

Don has a holistic view on food production and is interested in the process from soil right through to the plate.
